Kate’s passion is building organizations. Her most recent role was Director of Business Affairs and Operations where she helped launch Third Coast Content, a production company whose focus was creating faith affirming content. While serving in this role she was an executive producer on a feature film, and participated in every facet of production on a Dennis Quaid movie. Prior to this role, Kate established and managed the Kellogg Graduate School of Management’s Center for Executive Women, whose mission was to foster the advancement of women in the top positions of Fortune 500 companies. She holds a BS in English Education from The Ohio State University and an MEd in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University.

Kate and her husband Grant have lived in Nashville for over 15 years and have three children who attended Christ Presbyterian Academy and Montgomery Belle Academy. Kate has served on the board of trustees for CPA and on the missions committee for Christ Presbyterian Church. Prior to joining the NAHT, Kate co-chaired the All for NAHT fundraiser for two years.

She is an avid runner, teaches early morning spin classes at the Green Hills Y, and coaches cross country at CPA.
